I bought 2 bras for my daughter for Christmas in November. When she tried them on at Christmas they were a little too small so I tried to exchange them. They said I was past the exchange/return policy by 2 days. They were going to exchange 1 of them "this one time", but since the other one was out of stock I was out of luck! Unbelievably bad business practice! I will never order from them again and will tell everyone about their terrible customer service!

Difficult. You can only contact them via email, and may have to wait a couple of days for a response. They don't provide a phone number
